Video 1 covers the BOTTOM EDGE RALLY, which is a skill absolutely fundamental to good racket-head control, whilst the first fitness challenge is PRESS-UPS, so good for basic core strength, essential in Squash movement and control - you will see that Torrie volunteered to demonstrate an easier version of the exercise, from knees, for anyone who finds the full version too difficult to begin with, Boys or Girls! In either case straight back and arms = good form is crucial, and more important than sheer number.
